The villa has 5 TV's and a DVD player (42"TV flat screen in living room with DVD player, 26"TV flat screen in king master, 26"TV flat screen in queen master, 19"TV flat screen in first twin, 19"TV flat screen in second twin bedroom).
Like all the bedrooms, the living room has a ceiling fan and also has a sofa bed and direct access to the pool deck. The home comes with a fully-equipped kitchen which is tiled as are the dining area that seats 6 and the breakfast nook that seats a further 4.
There are 2 masters; the first master has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has his n' her vanities, bath, shower cubicle, toilet room and walk-in-closet while the other master has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that can also be used as a pool bathroom and has a single vanity, shower cubicle and toilet.
The two twin bedrooms are divided by a communal bathroom that has a single vanity, bath with overhead shower and toilet. The villa also has the convenience of a laundry room.
From the pool deck there are lovely views of the wetland area, while on the deck you will find an electric heatable pool with spa, and upgraded metal patio furniture cosisting of 4 chairs, 2 loungers and a table.
There is also a covered lanai with ceiling fan and wall light, and a safety net for those with young children. The home will accommodate up to 10 people.
The SHIRE @ WESTHAVEN is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4.
The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation.
Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also has access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” ~ 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids playground, beach volleyball and gym.
Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away.
