There are also many great golf courses close-by, not least of which are the two Greg Norman designed courses at Champions Gate, just 2 minutes away.
The villa is ideally located close to the local amenities. Approximately 2 minutes drive away are a deli, Subway (bread rolls, you choose the filling), general store, pharmacy, hairdressers, bar, various shops and a petrol station.
Approximately 3 minutes drive will bring you to a Publix supermarket, liquor store, Chinese restaurant (who do takeaways), McDonalds, pizzeria, video store, hairdressers and a mailbox.
